As a self-taught product designer with a strong background in visual design, I have successfully designed for both freelance clients and DTC software companies. My studies in digital design and psychology have allowed me to understand user behavior and create intuitive products that combine behavioral science with delightful designs. I have a proven track record of creating user-friendly websites and digital products. One of my key experiences was leading the design and implementation of a successful beta feature, resulting in an average of 40% of all subscriptions within the first 12 days of launch. I am now seeking a position at a tech company where I can utilize my skills and be at the forefront of innovative products that aim to create moments of happiness and ease for users.

"I met Tsai when I was looking for a freelancer to help my team at GoCanvas. We were in need of a designer who could help us create creative assets for many of our marketing and product needs. Tsai had an immediate impact on the team and the quality of our deliverables. We were starting to get recognition from leadership about our quality and speed of deliverables and this was in part thanks to Tsai's contribution. I am also looking for someone that thinks about scalability. What we build today has to work for the features we add in the coming years. Tsai is that designer for me. She has the "hustle" I often look for and brings that "hustle" with the positive attitude that makes the culture of the team unique and desirable."

“Tsai and I met as colleagues; we both were graphic designers looking to gain more experience.
